The Evil Eye Thread Rakhi is made with blue and white cotton threads, inspired by the age-old symbol of guarding against negativity and offering blessings of peace and clarity. At its centre sit real mustard seeds, deeply rooted in Indian tradition for their warmth, strength and protective qualities.
Nestled inside the signature Rakhi Slider, the rakhi rests in the lower tray with the flower-pot pouches of roli and chawal snug above. Or choose the Rakhi Hug Box, a compact trifold with a flap each for rakhi, tika and message.
Once the celebration is complete, the rakhi can be planted to grow into something green, grounded and full of life, just like the bond it represents. Soak it overnight, plant it in soft soil, water it with patience, and it sprouts into herbs, flowers or vegetables, depending on the batch.
